Lamination & Coating
Dry-bond, solvent-free, and extrusion lamination of BOPP, PET, nylon, aluminium foil, and PE substrates. Matte, gloss, and soft-touch finishes.
High-Definition Flexographic Printing
Up to 10-colour HD flexographic printing with ±0.5mm registration accuracy. Food-safe, solvent-free inks. Pantone-matched colour management.
Slitting & Rewinding
Precision slitting from jumbo rolls to finished slit rolls in widths from 20mm to 3000mm. Consistent tension control and edge quality.
Pouch Fabrication
Stand-up pouches, flat pouches, gusseted bags, and vacuum pouches with zipper, slider, spout, and heat-seal closures. Custom dimensions and formats.
Quality Control & Testing
In-line and off-line testing for seal strength, barrier performance, tensile properties, and print quality. Full batch traceability and COA documentation.
